Meditation:  An Ancient Skill for Modern Minds

Today, when the pressures and problems of a hectic modern life have never been greater, millions have found peace of mind by turning to an ancient solution, meditation.  Practiced for thousands of years by Yoga Gurus, Tai Chi Masters, and Buddhist Monks, meditation is a direct, practical and effective path to physical well-being and mental tranquility.

In the last decade, medical science has repeatedly proven the value of regular meditation in lowering stress, strengthening the immune system, dealing with chronic pain, relieving depression, improving memory skills and releasing creative energy.  Simple and accessible, there is a form of  meditation to suit every individual.

At CHANGE we are pleased to offer meditation workshops from several traditions.
