Register for  Parent Child Yoga

A monthly workshop where you can spend some meaningful time with your child.  Bring your child and join us for an hour of yoga/ story telling, quiet time and artwork.  Imagination is the key!  The yoga being taught will be suitable for children (ages 6-12)  AND parents.
