Integral Yoga
Gentle
Integral Yoga uses classical Hatha postures, which are meant to be performed as a meditation, balancing physical effort and relaxation. Classes include a gentle asana practice, pranayama, guided relaxation and chanting.
Roller Exercises
Students have requested a reminder about how to use their rollers at home. One of our students (Viki Paganini) has graciously modeled the poses.

You can view a specific sequence on-line using Adobe Acrobat Reader, where you can view/print out the pictures (uses less paper printed) or pictures and instructions.
